MALINDI WEATHER

The climate at Malindi is tropical monsoon, modified by the Indian Ocean. There are no seasons as such, but there are two main periods of rain, the long rains, which cover the months of April to June and the short rains in November. However, this is not totally predictable! Rain is usually in violent downpours but at most tends to last for only a few hours.

There is usually a breeze from the Ocean that at times of the hottest temperatures makes the climate much more acceptable.
