Booking Conditions: The owners of the Miller's Arms (SP & SJ Miller) have aimed to provide high quality accommodation in a safe environment at their house. All reasonable steps have been taken to provide for the needs of their clients in having an enjoyable stay. The house provides accommodation for up to a maximum of ten clients in five bedrooms. All bedding and towels are provided. The staff will ensure that the house is cleaned to a high standard. The staff can undertake washing of clothes. The kitchen has been set up to provide all normal requirements of clients up to the maximum number. However, all prices quoted for staying at the house do not include food and drink. Clients provide their own supplies. Staff will assist in the purchase of supplies needed by clients if required. A non-refundable deposit will be required for all bookings and full payment must be made before or on departure. Credit cards are not accepted. Security and safety in the house has been carefully considered. However, the owners of the Miller's Arms accept no liability for loss or damage to clients property, or for personal injury, whatever the cause, whilst staying at the house. The owners recommend that all clients take adequate insurance cover. It is anticipated that all clients staying at the house will take all reasonable steps to protect all aspects of the property. Clients are fully responsible for all breakage's and damage to the property whilst staying at the Miller's Arms (beyond reasonable wear and tear). Payment for or replacement of any damage is the responsibility of the client. Clients staying at the Miller's Arms accept these conditions as a prerequisite of their staying at the house.
