The Miller's Arms is a two storey villa built around an enclosed courtyard. All the ground floor has disabled access with a ramp to the main gate. Throughout the property are galana stone floors.
	The Living Area The courtyard is the centre of the downstairs living area. All five bedrooms are accessable from the courtyard. Entering through metal decorative gates the courtyard has a roof covered with clay tiles. This provides both a sitting and dining area, and allows views across the grounds through the gates.
	The Courtyard Gardens Surrounding this area are gardens with planting of grass, shrubs and a water feature. Sitting areas with galana stone tables are situated within the courtyard.
